Reservations can be made in advance through our website, or last minute at the store. You can pay exclusively by debit or credit card, either online or in-store.
In our stores, there is free Wi-Fi to make your booking easier, without needing to use your data.
The booking process only takes 1 minute and our website is fully optimized for smartphones and tablets.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a PIN code by email and text message.
When it’s time to pick up your belongings, enter the locker code on the screen of our smart locker to open your compartment.
It is possible to book our lockers for a minimum one day and the maximum booking duration is 15 days.
When a one-day reservation is made, the effective time is from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Don’t worry! Your belongings are safe! In case of a delay, when you pick up the luggage, the system will charge an additional fee for the extra hours beyond your booking. You can easily pay the difference with your credit card to pick up your luggage.
Yes, you can access at any time of the day during your reservation, from 7:00 to 22:00, using the assigned PIN code for your locker.
Yes, to modify or cancel your reservation, you must contact our customer service by phone (also available Whatsapp) +34 622 794 056 or via email elcalcetinperdut@gmail.com.
You have the right to cancel your reservation.
- If the reservation is canceled 72 hours before the booking date, the total amount you paid will be refunded.
- If the reservation is canceled between 72 and 24 hours before the booking date, the 50% of the amount you paid will be refunded.
- If the reservation is canceled in less than 24 hours before the booking date, no refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued within 10 days of the cancellation, provided that the cancellation was made with the required notice period.
There are 24-hour surveillance cameras and a insurance policy in favor of the Users with the company Axa Seguros Generales. In the unlikely event of an incident on the premises, the subscribed policy covers losses due to damage and/or theft up to a maximum of €600 per locker (a police report must be filed). We recommend not storing items exceeding this value.
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens, and, in general, technological items (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets, etc.), artwork, antiques, memory cards, or any other media containing data or images.
Please note that your travel documents as well as personal identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.) are stored at your own risk and responsibility.
The goods will be valued at their actual value, applying the corresponding depreciation for age, obsolescence, or wear and tear from use, and their existence prior to the incident must be proven.
The policy only constitutes a presumption in your favor when, reasonably, no other evidence can be provided.
